Product Information:
1. This design is printed 6x8 in size which, is embroidered on a cotton or polycotton blend tee.
2. Please understand that this product is MADE-TO-ORDER and will require a 2 WEEKS TURNAROUND TIME. Ensure to order a minimum of 4 weeks before you need your order. For larger orders, please order 10 WEEKS in advance. Thank you.
3. It is recommended that you follow all care instructions to maintain the quality of your merchandise. Thank you.
Care Instructions:
1. For hand washing, soak the embroidered item in water and a mild detergent for 15-20 minutes, then rinse. It’s okay to spot-treat any stains but avoid scrubbing the embroidery directly.
2. For machine washing, opt for cold water and mild detergent, and run a delicate cycle. Skip any harsh additives like bleach and brighteners. Turn the embroidered item inside out before washing. We don’t recommend machine washing anything with metal zippers as they can snag the embroidery threads.
3. However you choose to wash your embroidered clothing, always remove it from the water and air dry or tumble dry low.
Returns | Exchange | Refund Policy
- Returns and exchanges will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Returns and exchanges must be unopened and in new condition. In the event that a return is granted, the customer will be issued a store credit only in the amount of the purchased product. No refunds will be processed.
