**Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy for Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC**

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our handmade crafts and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please read our policy below.

**1. Returns | Refunds | Exchanges**
- We accept returns on items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If your item falls into these categories, please contact us within seven business days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

- Otherwise, due to the custom nature of our items and for hygienic reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If there is any issue on our part (i.e., you received the wrong item) with your order, don't hesitate to contact us within seven business days so we may do our best to resolve it. *A business day qualifies as Monday-Friday unless a federal holiday falls on that weekday. We will not process any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.*

*Please note that if, for some reason, a refund is approved for your purchase, processing fees from your payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.*

**3. Shipping**
To return your product, you should mail it to the address we provide after your return request is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item unless it is damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We WILL NOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE PLACED. Please understand that due to the customizations of our items, we process your order as soon as it is received so that we can ship it out as quickly as possible. **5. Incorrect Address/ Delivery Issues

Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC does not change addresses when fulfilling orders. All packages are sent to the address the buyer entered. If the address entered was incorrect, Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC will not be held liable and will not reship the package. If the carrier deems the address undeliverable, we can reship it to a different address, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

**6. Damaged Packages/ Missing Items**

If you receive a damaged package or the package you received has missing contents, please notify us immediately. We request that the receiver notify the carrier of any damages or missing contents due to possible damage or mishandling. Claims must be submitted, and proof of claim must be provided before Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC will reship the package. Please get in touch with USPS or UPS for assistance with this process.

For misdelivered/ stolen orders, the customer MUST contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Once the investigation is complete, USPS or UPS will notify us to confirm that the package was misdelivered or stolen. From there, we can submit a claim and reship your order.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays, and we will notify you of any significant delays. Processing times do not include shipping times.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. The available options and associated costs will be provided based on your location.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping courier for any late or missing packages. Insurance on each box is specifically for USPS/ UPS to be responsible for missing, late, damaged, or misdelivered parcels. If your package is late, missing, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, you must file a claim with USPS/ UPS. This is why insurance is necessary for each package. Any orders returned to us due to address errors on the customer's part WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP.
