This website is owned and operated by Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors quality hand-made products, custom products, and graphic designing services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18+ years of age or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Return | Refund Policy

Products available for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be returned with their included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: custom and personalized orders, all tumbler purchases, and earrings.

Retention of Right to Change Offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason or for no reason.

Warranties and Responsibility for Services and Products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Diamond and Andre Williams. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed on the website.

RETURNS | REFUNDS | EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns | Exchanges | Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our items and for hygienic reasons, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If there is any issue on our part (i.e., you received the wrong item) with your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 business days so that we may do our best to resolve it. *A business day qualifies as Monday-Friday unless a federal holiday falls on that weekday. We will not process any orders on Saturdays or Sundays.*

*Please note that if for some reason, a refund is approved for a purchase, processing fees from your payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.*

Incorrect Address/ Delivery Issues

Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC does not make any changes to addresses when fulfilling orders. All packages are sent to the address the buyer entered. If the address entered was incorrect, Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC will not be held liable and will not reship the package. If the carrier deems the address undeliverable, we can reship it to a different address, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged Packages/ Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or the package you received is missing contents, please notify us immediately. We request that the receiver notifies the carrier of any damages or missing contents due to possible damage or mishandling. Claims must be submitted and proof provided of claim before Heavenly Divine Designs, LLC will reship the package. Please get in touch with USPS or UPS for assistance with this process.

For misdelivered/ stolen orders, the customer MUST contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Once the investigation is complete, USPS or UPS will notify us to confirm that the package was misdelivered or stolen. From there, we can submit a claim and reship your order.

Order Cancellations

We WILL NOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE PLACED. Please understand that due to the customizations of our items, we process your order as they are received in order to ship them out as quickly as possible. All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Before making your purchase, please review your order to ensure everything is correct. Packages

SHIPPING POLICY

All products are 100% handmade. Please allow 10-14 business days (except for TUMBLERS) to process and ship orders. Please allow 14-21 business days for all custom tumbler purchases. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for your order. You must use the tracking number to track your order via USPS/ UPS. Once your order is processed through USPS/UPS, we can no longer track your order.

Shipping Rates

 Shipping rates are based on package size and weight. Rates are provided directly by the shipping company. Please expect shipping to increase during the holiday season as the shipping companies' prices may increase. Missing | Late | Damaged | Misdelivered Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS/ UPS for any late or missing packages. Insurance on each box is specifically for USPS/ UPS to be responsible for missing, late, damaged, or misdelivered parcels. If your package is late, missing, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, you must file a claim with USPS/ UPS. This is why insurance is necessary for each package. Any orders returned to us due to address errors on the customer's part WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE TO RESHIP.

Bulk Orders

We accept bulk orders. Bulk orders are considered as an item in the quantity of 50+. Bulk orders will have a flat rate shipping fee of $49.99.
